The Journey Behind True North Energetics
My path into energy healing began in an unexpected place.
Before entering the world of holistic wellness, I worked as a Chartered Professional Accountant, a career that offered structure, stability, and logic. Yet over time, I felt drawn toward a different kind of exploration — one focused on energy, mindfulness, and personal well-being.
In 2020, I co-founded True North Crystal, which began as a small passion project centered around a love for crystals. What started as a side venture gradually grew into a vibrant and supportive community of people curious about crystals, energy, and personal growth.
Through this experience, I saw how meaningful these practices could be in helping people feel calmer, more centered, and more connected to themselves.
This curiosity eventually deepened into formal training and study. I became a Crystal Reiki Master and pursued further learning in meditation, chakra systems, spiritual healing, emotional healing, crystal energy work, and sound frequency healing.
What began as a personal interest gradually became a calling. Over time, it became clear that my true path was not in accounting, but in supporting others on their own wellness journeys.
True North Energetics was created from that realization — a space dedicated to helping people slow down, rebalance their energy, and reconnect with their own inner compass.
