Each session at True North Energetics is intuitively guided and tailored to the client’s current needs. Treatments may incorporate Reiki energy healing, crystal sound vibration, meditation guidance, and energy clearing techniques to help restore balance within the body’s energy system.
Sessions may focus on specific energetic areas depending on what is present during the session. For example, work may support the heart chakra for emotional openness, the solar plexus chakra for confidence and personal power, or other areas where energy flow may feel blocked or stagnant.
Mini Energy Reset - 15 minutes - $35
A focused session designed to help address areas of energetic tension or imbalance. Using Crystal Reiki energy and sound vibration, we work on parts of the energy field that feel blocked, heavy, or unsettled.
This session helps release surface-level stress, restore energetic flow, and bring the body back to a calmer, more balanced state.
Deep Energy Reset - 30 minutes - $60
A deeper energy healing session that allows more time to work with areas of imbalance within the body’s energy field. Using Crystal Reiki, sound therapy, and intuitive energy clearing, the session focuses on releasing stagnant energy and restoring natural energetic flow.
Clients often experience deeper relaxation, emotional calm, and a renewed sense of internal balance.
Full Alignment Experience - 45 minutes - $85

A comprehensive session designed for deeper energetic realignment. With additional time available, this treatment allows us to work more thoroughly with blocked or imbalanced energy patterns and support a fuller energetic reset.
Using Crystal Reiki, sound bath, and intuitive energy work, the session focuses on clearing deeper layers of energetic tension while restoring harmonious flow throughout the system.
Many clients leave feeling grounded, lighter, and more energetically aligned.
Distance Reiki - 30 minutes - $60
Receive Reiki energy healing remotely from the comfort of your home. Distance Reiki works with the body’s energy field in the same way as an in-person session, helping address areas of energetic imbalance or tension.
The session supports relaxation, energetic alignment, and helps guide the body back to a calm and centered state.
Custom Guided Meditation - 20 mintues - $40
A personalized guided meditation created specifically for your current needs. An intake form is required before the session so the meditation can be tailored to your unique situation, such as stress, emotional tension, grounding, or family-rooted issues.
The meditation is designed to quiet the mind, release internal tension, and guide your body and emotions into a more balanced and peaceful state.
Traditional Body Gua Sha - 15 minutes - $30
A traditional Chinese technique using gentle scraping strokes along the back, shoulders, and neck to stimulate circulation and release muscle tension. This treatment helps address areas of tightness and physical stagnation in the body.
Clients often experience improved circulation, muscle relaxation, and an overall sense of physical relief.
Note: Temporary redness is normal and usually fades within a few days.

If you're experiencing ongoing stress or energetic imbalance, the Deep Energy Reset (30 min) allows more time to work on problem areas.
